She also works as a business coach and has skills in business analysis and improvement, networking, training and motivating others and fostering team spirit.

Amen’s areas of expertise are lean entrepreneurship, project management, entrepreneurship ecosystem development and entrepreneur program development.

Michael Gerum

Project Manager

Michael has expertise in engineered wood and bamboo products, systems and buildings, Entrepreneurship training and support, Project leadership.

Michael has a professional certification in structural engineering for mass wood construction and project management. He has a unique skill set that can help explore and develop innovative solutions for mass wood construction in the tropical regions.

Klas Bengtsson

Consultant

Klas Bengtsson is a co-founder of Eco-Innovation Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes sustainable and innovative solutions for forest-based value chains.

With an MSc degree in Forestry, he has been a pioneer in the integrated approach of timber processing systems in the Swedish forestry industry, and has expanded his expertise to tropical forests. He has over 30 years of experience in systems innovation, forestry business development, entrepreneurial training programs, and forest certification.

Aaron Kaplan

Consultant

Aaron Kaplan is an experienced entrepreneur and business developer with a passion for eco-innovation. He has a strong academic background in international business, sustainable urban development, and entrepreneurship.

He founded the Stockholm Cleantech business network in 2008, which connects and supports SME entrepreneurs in the green sector. He has also facilitated the development of green profile city districts, working with city planners and developers. He has a track record of coaching corporations on how to create inclusive, visionary and meaningful cultures.
